The stairs are a joke. We're going to have to pay a premium for it being at the top of a mansion block.

I don't think this can be a simple job. I think this has to be a major, major rebuild, to be honest.

For a young, silly couple, these porky, run-down bathrooms just don't cut it.

So one of my biggest gripes that I really can't stand is horrible bathrooms.

The three most common sins people commit in bathrooms are, number one, bad lighting.

Down light so close to you like this just makes you look absolutely knackered and like you've got huge bags under your eyes.

You want the side light coming in to give you a uniform light on, so you can show your name or actually put your make-up on.

Number two, low water pressure.
