My stretch routine on how I further my ability to suck myself. If you're new to selfsuck, it will take time. I wasn't born flexible, I had to earn it by stitching consistently. You can do it too!

Hey, I'm Parker Woods, I'm an adult content creator and I'm going to be showing you how
I went from this to this in under a month.
Now if you've watched any of my videos before or talked to me about stretching, then you
already know.
Fucking warm up.
Do some form of cardio, a run, go for a walk, jumping jacks, high knees.
There's a lot of different ways to warm your body up, to get your blood pumping, and to
make sure that your body doesn't feel so tight.
And the reason I say this is because if you take a cold rubber band, you stretch it out,
it snaps.
If you take a warm rubber band, it's going to have more elasticity to it.
I always stretch before I work out, but I always warm up before I stretch.
So starting with my daily self-suck stretch routine, I always start with my neck.
It is so, so important.
Pay special attention to your neck.
Go easy, and then work your way into stretching a little bit more.
Do not try to stretch as far as you can go right off the bat.
That's not going to get you anywhere, it's not going to help, and it's actually going
to be very damaging to you.
But don't overdo it, do not overexert yourself.
If your body's not feeling it that day, your body's not feeling it that day, do something
light but still stretch during that time so that your muscles aren't tightening back up
