In general, it was not hard training, except the last 2 exercises, which were in 1 row for the press. But I did it and my press changed for the better :) Join my VIP FanClub and work out with me!

Hi guys! Julia Versys here. Today is 24th April of 2022
and today is 39th day of our GBB challenge.
What does it mean? That today and tomorrow
this is last days of our challenge.
And this is wonderful!
Today is second day of my women's days
and I'm feeling a bit better than yesterday.
Yesterday it was absolutely awful,
but today I'm feeling better.
So, today anyway I'm going to do easier training program
because of, as I told you earlier,
that for this women's period very important
to give some exercises, but not hard.
Because if hard it can cause some health issues.
But I don't want it anymore because I got it when I have been
somewhere in 25 years old. I don't remember exactly.
So, right now I'm going to start my next day of physical training
and it will start from warming up of course.
And let's do it right now.
Our first exercise, I love it so much.
We lie on our back, bend our legs and
do this.
Oh, nice!
Oh, today I did it in correct way.
Twist to the right.
So, in this exercise, stretching our back.
And this is great, absolutely.
So, this is same exercise, just we do this twist to the left.
So, it means that our legs, our knees look into right side
and our body look into left side.
Just do it.
Oh, nice!
Oh, great!
