Yeah sure. It started off with me getting into fitness because I worked in a gym and I was doing sales.

I wasn't really in shape at all. I used to be quite chunky and I was never really into exercise.

I was more into martial arts because my dad was.

So when I first started getting back into fitness it was more through that.

It was like functional stuff like Muay Thai, MMA, Sambo, Jiu Jitsu, all that kind of stuff.

And that kind of gave me a taste for getting into fitness.

And then working in the gym I got a chance to actually use gym equipment.

And I just haven't turned back ever since.
